Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using False Start (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to:
The App, including all content, graphics, game mechanics, sound effects, music, code, and design elements, is owned by Orkun Sefik and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
The App may offer virtual currency (“Gold”), virtual goods, and consumable items for purchase through Apple’s App Store. All In-App Purchases are final. Because virtual items are consumed or applied to your game immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds for In-App Purchases except as required by applicable law or Apple’s own refund policies.
Virtual currency and virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money, real goods, or real services. Virtual items are licensed, not sold, and your license to use them can be revoked if these Terms are violated.
To request a refund for an In-App Purchase, contact Apple directly through https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple processes all payment transactions and refunds; we do not have access to your payment information.
We reserve the right to change the pricing of In-App Purchases at any time. Prices are set in the App Store and may vary by region due to currency and tax differences.
The optional iCloud Sync feature stores your game data in your private iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining your iCloud account and storage. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from iCloud service outages, account issues, or Apple-side storage limits. Enabling or disabling iCloud Sync requires an App restart, as noted in the App’s settings.
Use of Game Center features (achievements, leaderboards) is subject to Apple’s Game Center Terms of Service. We reserve the right to reset or invalidate achievements or scores that were obtained through exploits, bugs, or unauthorized modification of the App.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ORKUN SEFIK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Orkun Sefik from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App (including disabling Game Center features) at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the App.
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Netherlands.
