False Start – Sprinter Life

Report a Problem

False Start — Sprint Career Game

Found a bug, glitch, or unexpected behavior? We take every report seriously and use them to improve the game for everyone. Please be as specific as possible — the more detail you provide, the faster we can investigate.

Before You Report

Please check the following first:

  • Force-quit and reopen the App — many transient issues resolve on their own.
  • Check your internet connection — Game Center and iCloud Sync require connectivity.
  • Check the FAQ on our support page — your issue may already be documented with a fix.
  • Update the App — make sure you’re on the latest version from the App Store.

What to Include in Your Report

A good bug report contains:

1. What you were doing

Describe the exact steps that led to the problem. The more precise, the better. For example: “I finished a race at the National Championship, tapped ‘Continue,’ and the screen went black and never recovered.”

2. What you expected to happen

E.g., “I expected to see the race result screen.”

3. What actually happened

E.g., “The screen went black. After 10 seconds I force-quit.”

4. How often it happens

Does it happen every time? Only once? Under specific conditions?

5. Your device & iOS version

  • Device model: Settings → General → About → Model Name
  • iOS version: Settings → General → About → Software Version

6. Your App version

Settings → General → About → find False Start and note the version number. Or check the App Store.

7. Screenshots or screen recordings (optional but very helpful)

iOS makes this easy: swipe from the bottom-left corner to capture a screenshot, or use the Screen Recording option in Control Center.

Types of Problems

In-App Purchase issues

If you were charged but did not receive your purchase, always include your Apple Order ID (found in your App Store purchase confirmation email). Note: refund requests must go through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

Game-breaking bugs

If a bug has made your career unplayable (corrupted save, infinite loop, persistent crash), flag this urgently in your subject line. We prioritize these.

Balance / design feedback

If something feels unfair, underpowered, or overpowered rather than broken, you’re welcome to share that too — mark it as feedback rather than a bug.

Inappropriate Game Center content

If you encounter a Game Center username, avatar, or leaderboard entry that violates Apple’s community standards, report it directly through Game Center (tap the profile → Report).

Submit Your Report

Send your report by email or through the website contact form — both work.

Website contact form

Use the portfolio contact form on orkunsefik.dev. Paste your steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual behaviour, and device details into the message field. Put [False Start Bug] at the start of the subject line if the form allows it.

Email

orkunsefik@gmail.com (mailto opens with a suggested subject)

Subject line format: [False Start Bug] Brief description of the issue

Example: [False Start Bug] App crashes after Olympic heat finish

Expected response time: Within 48 hours on business days. High-severity crashes are prioritized and typically addressed sooner.

We read every report. Even if you don’t receive a personal reply, your report may still result in a fix in an upcoming update. Check the App Store update notes to see if your issue was resolved.
